The Pacific Cycling Centre will hold a U17 Talent Identification & Development Camp from May 19 - 20, 2012 in Victoria, BC. The Camp will focus on developing skills, endurance and core fitness. Developing talent early is crucial to any cyclist who wants to succeed in the sport. The camp - led by Olympic coach Houshang Amiri and Olympic athlete Erinne Willock - will lead cyclists through all of the techniques and skills they need to reach their goals.

This is a unique opportunity to train and work with PCC head coach Houshang Amiri and Erinne Willock http://www.pacificcyclingcentre.ca/tips/success.php?d=e-willock who are leading the camp. You will work on your biking skill and techniques including your set up, pedaling efficiency, riding economy and nutrition-hydration before, during and post training and racing.  Your training targets will be identified as you build towards your goals, as well as working on core stability/endurance, flexibility and balance.

The camp requires a minimum of 10 athletes and maximum of 20. Deadline to apply is May 11 - group discounts are available.. For more information go to:http://www.pacificcyclingcentre.ca/camps/default.html.
