Registration open For February Endurance Camp

The Pacific Cycling Centre will host its fourth camp of the 2017-2018 season. An endurance base training camp will take place from February 8 – 11, 2018 in Victoria. The focus will be on building an aerobic base with rides aimed to improve endurance and boost aerobic capacity for cycling disciplines such as road, track, MTB and triathlon.

Working with PCC head coach Houshang Amiri, who is leading the camp, you will find out what you need to know about how to build and tune your fitness, identify your training targets and bench mark your current fitness level.

The four-day camp will include daily long rides that will aim to improve aerobic power, ITT, climbing and pace line techniques. Cyclists will be observed by the coaching staff, who will give feedback and assist with their 2018 training plans.
