Willock second-placed Canadian in Ardèche

Pacific Cycling Centre’s Erinne Willock was the second-placed Canadian in the Tour Cycliste Féminin International Ardèche, that finished yesterday. She was 17th overall in the final standings.

Willock’s performance was very consistent throughout the week-long road race, achieving a 5th placing in stage 4. “I was happy with my placing and am already feeling the benefits from the week of hard racing.” Willock, who will be representing Canada at the UCI Road World Championship’s in Mendrisio, Switzerland, from September 23 — 27, feels confident. “The Tour de Ardeche was a great preparation for the Road World’s.”
