PCC Athletes chosen for the Road World Championships

Erinne Willock



Pacific Cycling Centre athletes Erinne Willock and Annie Ewart have been named to the selection pool for the 2011 UCI Road World Championships.

The World Championships will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark from September 19-25. Willock, who is having a great season so far, is in the elite pool, and Ewart in the junior pool. Willock was third in the road race at the Canadian National Road Championships. Prior to that she came second in the Nature Valley Grand Prix, St Paul, MN, and first at the Bastion Square Grand Prix in Victoria. Ewart is the 2011 Canadian Junior Champion, in the road race and time trial.
