PCC Athlete Craig Logan is currently in California with his team Trek Red Truck Racing. The U23 cyclist has spent the last month and a half in Santa Cruz, training and racing in preparation for the upcoming road season.
“The Pacific Cycling Centre philosophy of training has really gelled with me - I am feeling great on the bike,” he reports from California. “The Merco stage race was the season opener, and although it involved some bad luck, I am optimistic that it showed promise for great performances to come. Later this month he competes in San Dimas. “Santa Cruz has it all – great weather, a tight knit cycling community was well as unbelievable roads to ride on. It really is an ideal place to train and I have been taking advantage wholeheartedly!”
The Victoria, BC native has been cycling for five years, and is now coached by Houshang Amiri at the Pacific Cycling Centre.
