Last weekend saw some great results for the Russ Hay’s Accent Inn/Pacific Cycling Centre Development Team in the BC Provincial Youth Road Cycling Championships in Comox.

The team, coached by Houshang Amiri, brought home six medals amidst exciting competition. Jordan Duncan won the U19 Criterium, and he came third in the Road Race. Alex Amiri (U19) won two bronze medals – in the Criterium and Hill Climb. In the U17 girls category Rachel Carey came second in the Criterium and the Road Race. Andrew and Alex Grant also competed and had some promising results. Well done to everyone in the team. Full results can be viewed on: http://www.vipyrsracing.com/results-2013.html
