The final day of the Track Nationals finished with a Gold medal for Cycling BC. PCC’s Alex Amiri, Aidan Caves and Trevor Stothard were on the team.

The Mixed Sprint team from Team BC came in 3rd – PCC’s Evan Carey and Khyl Orser were team members with Robert Hargrove.  Sprint champion Andrew Grant was going to race but had a crash in the Kirin at 60km/hr leaving Robert to replace him and he rode well. Andrew ‘s injuries were not serious and he was released from hospital .

The U19 competition did have many crashes mainly due to track surface and inexperience but our BC riders showed what a talent we have in the province.
