Some of BC’s best cyclists – including riders from the Pacific Cycling Centre - will be competing in TrackFest #1 this weekend (June 20 -22)  at the Westshore Velodrome in Colwood.

PCC cyclists started their track training in March to prepare for TrackFest, which is the first track race of the season on Vancouver Island. “Having a planned strategy and structure ahead of the racing season is an important part of Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD),”said PCC Head Coach, Houshang Amiri. “Without a domestic calendar with races like TrackFest, our athletes won’t gain the necessary experience to move to the next level.”
