A member of the Canadian National team since 2002, Max is a former U23 World Championships Bronze Medalist and recently took home his first National Series win at the Colorado Springs round of the US Pro Cross Country. He started his cycling career at 14 after moving to Spain with his parents. At 16 Max returned to Canada and relocated to Victoria to train with the National Cycling Centre.
