January Road Endurance and Education Training Camp

January 31 – February 2, 2025

This camp is placed in the mid-mesocycle of the Specific Preparatory phase focused to structure your final build for the pre-competition phase of your training. This camp offers on-road evaluations to determine and benchmark your personal current fitness, and we provide you with feedback for the up coming race season, based on your goals and level of fitness.

There is a unique opportunity to train and work with PCC head coach Houshang Amiri who is leading the camp, as well as guest speakers from professional teams. Rides for this camp aim endurance and aerobic power, and is suitable for all endurance athletes such as road, track, MTB and triathlon (group riding skills are required).

Camp includes:

Daily training sessions with Pacific Cycling Centre Head Coach Houshang Amiri. Ride support with Gruppo Nutrition and hydration products are provided during and after the training. Full vehicle and mechanical support on the rides.

Camp includes two dinners Friday and Saturday evening before the presentation session.

Presentation on training: Every camp features a different topic. Presentations usually cover planning, recovery, cycling technique and tactics, and fatigue / performance management. A  Q & A session is held after the presentation and we will have a guest speaker.
