February 16 – 18, 2024
Pacific Cycling Centre 2023-24 program year starts with four training camps and education sessions over fall and winter to build a fitness base with the goal of having a successful season.
The fourth camp is placed in the end-mesocycle of the special preparatory phase and is structured to maximize skills in your desired discipline. This camp will offer on-road evaluations to determine and benchmark your personal current fitness and provide you with feedback on your needs for the 2024 race season based on your goals.
There is a unique opportunity to train and work with PCC head coach Houshang Amiri who is leading the camp as well as guest speakers from pro-peloton. Rides aim to improve endurance and boost aerobic capacity for endurance cycling disciplines such as road, track, MTB and triathlon with riders requiring group riding skills.
