Two PCC coached athletes won medals this past weekend at the 2013 B.C. Provincial Time Trial and Team Time Trial Championships in Comox.

Jordan Duncan won his second U19 Provincial TT title on a challenging course that was 32 km long – 7km longer that the UCI World Championship distance in this event. “The two loops of 16km was a challenge and required good pace management, and Jordan managed this very well,” said PCC Head Coach Houshang Amiri.

Alex Amiri took the bronze medal on a borrowed TT bike from PCC athlete Annie Ewart. “I feel the TT bike helped me with my time, but it was difficult to ride a bike in the race I didn’t train on,” said Alex. “This was the longest ITT I have ever done and I am happy with my performance and training.”
